Shipping & Returns
Standard 2-5 day shipping charges are free. Next day charges are variable depending on product & location. As an estimate a pallet truck would cost £20.00 + vat. Orders over £700 receive free standard shipping. All orders are sent using a courier for delivery within 2-5 working days (subject to stock availability and order placed before 3pm). Shipping charges are per unit. If you place an order with us please ensure you are available to receive the delivery as they require a signature.
Order availability
We will ship products the next day, as long as the order is received by 3:00 pm. We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If its listed, its in stock. Our customers deal with us because they like fast efficient service.
Returns
If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 7 working days of receiving the product by contacting us on our enquiry order form (on our Contact Us page) to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Our money-back policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. If the product is not in a good condition a charge of 20% If you believe your goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, or a fault appears in the first 30 days after delivery please contact us for assistance. In most cases this can be re solved by pallettrucksonline.com or the products manufacturer. If not the product may need to be returned. Any product outside of 30 days is subject to a 20% re stocking fee. A returns number must be obtained from pallettrucksonline.com, this number is valid for 2 weeks from issue. Goods should be returned complete. If you want to return a product to us the shipping cost and the safe transit of the goods are your responsibility until received by Pallettrucksonline.com
If the items are found to not be faulty A £25 engineers inpection fee will be charged and the goods will be returned to you as received together with a test report. You are responsible for any collection or return delivery charges incurred.
